Other Services We Provide

  • Medical Directorship

We reinforce the leadership role in promoting quality care and offer an indicator of professional competence in governing the organization and each facility, supervising medical staff, reviewing and participating in quality assurance activities and directly overseeing clinical safety and risk management.

We promote involvement at all levels of individualized patient care and supervision, and for all persons served by the facility. We oversee and guide clinical care.

We help define a vision of quality improvement.

  • Attending Physician Services

We aim to uphold and place competent, compassionate care of each patient. We strive to use the most current, relevant knowledge when providing care and encourage interdisciplinary communication and work with other professional practitioners and colleagues to foster the highest quality of care.

We strive and continue to study, apply and advance essential scientific knowledge and recent evidence-based guidelines in the care of our patients and as well as to continue to serve as a model of personal integrity and skills and to uphold the ethics of the medical profession in all aspects of providing care at all times.

  • NP Services

Our NPs may help with monitoring and managing patient conditions, counseling patients and families, performing certain procedures, annual physical examinations, communications with hospital and community physicians and discharge visits.

In addition, our NPs may conduct A "medically necessary " visit without an initial physician visit; this could occur when a newly admitted Medicare patient in the skilled nursing facility presents a problem that requires medical evaluation and intervention, before being seen by the physician.

They provide ongoing care and management of our patient/resident to maintain their optimal cognitive and physical functions.

  • Palliative Care Consultant

We aim to promote and foster comprehensive care for the terminally and imminently ill individuals and ensure quality of care and uphold the dignity of our frail, dying patients.

  • Mental Health Consultant

We aim to promote mental wellness in the care of each patient.

We provide consultation for the evaluation and treatment of psychological, mood and emotional disorders in the elderly and for the improvement of their psychiatric care.
